A holistic leadership development program for teenagers and youth

Unleashed is a holistic leadership development program for teenagers and youth, ages 11-19 years old, to maximize their potential as young leaders. Unleashed believes that the most effective way to develop a young person’s leadership potential is through helping others grow holistically toward Christlikeness.

We’re partnering with churches, Christian schools and youth ministries across Indonesia.

Developed by an organization known as Leadership as Discipleship, in 2017, Unleashed started the pilot program in several cities in Indonesia and we have seen many inspiring stories through that journey. By 2018, we have launched the Unleashed program, partnering with churches, Christian schools and youth ministries across Indonesia.

STRUCTURE

Organization Structure

Each UNLEASHED member will be grouped in a team of 5-7 teenagers (SQUAD).
A SQUAD LEADER will lead a SQUAD.
A SQUAD ADVISOR mentors and coaches each SQUAD member to accomplish each Competency Module and completing Stratum’s requirements.

The Stratums of Unleashed Journey

UNLEASHED inspires, supports, and nurtures teens to grow as
competent God-fearing leaders through 5 (five) Competencies
Strata.

Starting from Dream Seeker, they will grow as leaders with national and international impacts (Catalyst).
